ACCOMPLISHMENTS AND SKILLS

SUPERVISORY

• Constructed ten pizza stores in 18 months from existing sites requiring the coordination and hiring of subcontractors and crew.  All budget and construction schedules were met while adhering to local building codes and specifications.

• As plant supervisor, implemented Job Flow and Quality Control programs for a cabinet manufacturer, resulting in a 100% production increase while reducing sub-standard product from 20% to 1%.

• Supervised carpenters at commercial building sites.  Responsible for layout, material take-off and work scheduling.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Solely responsible for the construction and installation of an Oak Vanowood ceiling completed within 6 months, at Pepperdine University -- Fine Arts Center.

• Cabinetmaker experienced in the manufacture and installation of both custom and production cabinets including the full understanding and use of specialized tools and equipment.

• Carpenter skills encompass all facets of construction, including hands on experience, in a widely diverse field from commercial to new construction to energy efficient homes including general repair to existing structures.
